Within the 48 Contiguous United States: Standard Shipping is Free *

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

*Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico require 2nd day air shipping that must be paid by the customer.

A problem resolved very well

The wrong shoes were mailed out to me. Thierry's office realized this before I even received my order. They called and explained what had happened. They sent the correct shoes to me and a mailing label so I could return the other pair. They kept me informed of when the correct pair was being mailed out and when I could expect them. Everyone that I talked to was polite and friendly and no matter who I talked to they were knowledgeable about my situation . I was very impressed with the way that handled the mix up. Also I love my shoes.
