    Within the 48 Contiguous United States: Standard Shipping is Free *

    Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

    *Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico require 2nd day air shipping that must be paid by the customer.

    Impossible to get in touch with the company

    The shoe is very nice but too large. I wish to return it but cannot get in touch with the company. There is no way to obtain a return label on line. No one answers the phone, an email or the chat line. I am very frustrated.

    The adjustble back lining is great but not the metal hook

    The adjustble back lining is great but not the metal hook. When the metal is touching the skin it causes rashes. It will be good if the designers find the way to adjust the straps without metal hook or simply cover the metal with a nice patted leather inside so it will be comfy for all.

    I have Barton sandals in a number of colors. Pewter is my favorite. Photos fail to capture the richness of this color.
