Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

*Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico require 2nd day air shipping that must be paid by the customer.

Beautiful but Sizing Mismarked

I have many pairs of Thierry Rabotin shoes and I love them all. This pair however was marked my size but I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe! Trying to get a response to return the shoe has been very difficult. After three attempts at the specified customer service email, I am still awaiting a response six days later.
