Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, will ship the next working day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, only. Orders placed Friday to Monday will be shipped Tuesday.

*Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico require 2nd day air shipping that must be paid by the customer.

love shoes!!!

this is my second pair. i purchase the first pair in sf at a shoe store the i would shop in when we went to sf. the store closed several years ago!!so sad!! i do want to get some info on your other shoes. i wear a 36 1/2 in agl, which are also italian. do you think i would still wear a 37 in your other shoes, such as a ballet flat? thank you

I ordered the lena black nappa model with pleasure because I had a wonderful pair of lena navy nappa shoes which I wore into the ground because they were so comfortable, could dress up or down, were wonderful for walking on all kinds of surfaces-sidewalks to cobblestones. I look forward to years of pleasure with this new pair of Lena nappa.
